The Office Staff

The staff has a great influence on your experience in our office. It is important that they are professional, courteous, efficient and caring. The employees that Dr. Fudge has chosen as his staff are all of those things and more.

Our front office staff is managed by Suzanne Schmidt, who has over 35 years of experience in dentistry. Suzanne is responsible for scheduling and recall and is very knowledgeable about our computer systems. Please feel free to ask her questions regarding appointments, insurance, financial arrangements or office policy. She is here to help you.

We have two hygienists in our office to care for the preventive needs of our patients. We also have designated substitutes when they are unavailable. Beth Crosser is a graduate of Kellogg Community College and has over 25 years of dental hygiene experience. Jamie Hale is a graduate of Owens Community College and has over 10 years of experience. They each excel in patient education as well as the technical aspect of their profession.

Katie Austin and Melissa Stankiewicz are chairside assistants to Dr. Fudge. Their job is to help you be as comfortable as possible and assist in most procedures performed by the doctor. These two individuals were trained by our office and are very competent.

Like Dr. Fudge, each staff member attends many hours of continuing dental education each year. They all love their jobs and work together not only as a team, but as a family. You will most likely hear some laughter and conversation as we do our best to provide you with the excellent care you deserve.
